In July 2017 Linkcity held a public consultation for the community to view the proposals for the Luton Street regeneration, which is being delivered in partnership with Westminster City Council as part of the Church Street regeneration area.

The consultation was held on Thursday 27 and Saturday 29 July 2017 at the Penfold Street Community Hub.

The deadline for feedback has now passed and the project team are in the process of reviewing all of the comments received from local residents.

Proposals for the Orange Park Car Park on Fisherton Street

On Thursday 28 September 2017 Linkcity held a drop-in session at Poynter House, for local residents to view proposals for three new homes on the car park site next to Orange Park on Fisherton Street.

An invitation letter publicising the drop-in session was sent to 168 households and businesses around the Car Park site on Friday 21 September 2017.
