Welcome to the website for the proposed regeneration of the site adjacent to Luton Street.
Working with Westminster City Council and local stakeholders, Linkcity (formerly Bouygues Development) have recently submitted plans to bring forward proposals to create around 160 new homes including affordable homes.

Our proposals seek to regenerate the site for the 21st Century with high-quality new homes, a landscaped pedestrianised link providing better connectivity through the site and new community facilities.
Proposals to redevelop Orange Park Car Park on Fisherton Street
As you will be aware, Westminster City Council and Linkcity are working in collaboration to redevelop the Luton Street site with 168 private, family and affordable homes, public realm improvements and a new public sports and community facility.
As part of the scheme, the Council requested that Linkcity develop plans for three additional homes on the site of the Orange Park Car Park on Fisherton Street. Plans for these homes were at the early stages of design when residents were consulted on the Luton Street scheme earlier in the summer.
Following this, a dedicated drop-in session was held on Thursday 28 September 2017 for local residents to find out more about the proposed new homes on Fisherton Street.

Commitment to consultation
In July 2017 Linkcity held a second stage of public consultation for the community to view the proposals for the Luton Street regeneration, which is being delivered in partnership with Westminster City Council as part of the Church Street regeneration area.
